Application of MTL830 Series Multi channel Temperature Converter in Hydrogenation Combined Unit

A certain petrochemical company extensively used this product in a multi million ton refining and expansion project. A total of 36 sets of multi-channel temperature converter systems were used in four units: multi hydrogen cracking unit, hydroprocessing unit, hydroprocessing (III) unit, and aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit. The specific situation is shown in Table 4. Due to the fact that these four units are joint devices, their instrument design and selection are all done together. Taking the hydrocracking unit as an example to illustrate the application situation, the hydrocracking unit is the core unit of the hydrogenation combined unit. The process of the unit is complex and often in a high temperature and high pressure state. Therefore, there are many temperature points that need to be monitored, and the number of multi-channel temperature converters used is also the largest. A total of 16 sets were used, which can collect 256 temperature measurement points. The temperature saving multi-core compensation cable (12mm * 1.0mm) of 3200m and 200 safety barriers result in significant cost savings.
